Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent after your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Rates:

National Shipping: 2-3 days 

International Shipping: 4-8 days 

Note: Shipping delays may occur during national holiday's  or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping:

• We ship to select countries outside of Ireland to include EU and the UK.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s status.

5. Local Collection: 

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am to 5 pm.  An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email] within [X] days. We will investigate and provide a resolution.
